The sale of your home can be as unique and individual as you are. If you’re a private person and want to sell your home, you don’t have to have all the fanfare. Part of the service we offer is flexibility and working with our clients particular needs. There are a number of Sales in Andrew’s 25 years that he calls “Off Market Sales” “Off Market Sales” are listings that the owners, for any number of reasons, want to keep it private. We can tailor individual packages to suit our clients. For example: We can do all the necessary paper work to list the home for sale, then simply contact relevant interested parties from our database. No photos or Virtual Tours are necessary. We would only introduce serious potential buyers to the home by private inspection. No Open Homes, no local advertising, no mention of the property on the internet. Because we are dealing with buyers all the time, this method of sale works, but pricing the property becomes even more important. On the open market, competition between purchasers can drive the price up. In an “Off Market” sale, qualified buyers are personally invited to view the property, so there is limited competition for the property. An “Off Market” sale is ideal for anyone who needs to sell, but, for whatever reason, can’t do the fanfare. You don’t need to justify your decision. It’s your home and your sale - we’re working for you! Another package would include all the relevant paperwork and a full Marketing Package, Photos, Virtual Tour, Floor plan, Drone Vision, but no internet marketing. The marketing material can then be sent to interested qualified buyers after enquiries on similar properties for sale. Often these enquiries come from Sydney or other parts of the state. An appointment is made for any interested party and we go from there. Of course, none of these “Off Market” Sales begin with Andrew turning up in his highly recognisable, sign written car! That would be pointless! All meetings and appointments are conducted discretely. No advertising is done after the sale either, so the whole process is kept private.
